This Subscription Policy explains how subscription billing works for the social media posting plans offered by Bee Listing LLC ("Bee Listing", "we", "our", or "us"). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all subscription purchases made through our website and payment links.

By purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to this Subscription Policy.

1. Overview

Bee Listing provides recurring social media posting services for Facebook and Instagram on a subscription basis. Our current plans include:

- 3-Day Posting Plan
- 5-Day Posting Plan
- 7-Day Posting Plan

Each plan is available with monthly or yearly billing, as described on the checkout page.

2. Plans & Services

Under each posting plan, we will:

- Create and publish a set number of posts per week (as described in the plan details).
- Deliver a total number of images per month with a standard design style.
- Post to the connected Facebook and Instagram pages that you authorize.

The exact number of posts and images for each plan is listed on the checkout page and may be updated from time to time.

3. Billing & Renewal

3.1 Monthly plans  
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for one month at a time.  
- Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.  
- The renewal date is based on your original purchase date.

3.2 Yearly plans  
- Yearly subscriptions are billed in advance for one year at a time.  
- Your subscription renews each year automatically until you cancel.  
- The renewal date is based on your original purchase date.

3.3 Payment method  
- By subscribing, you authorize Bee Listing LLC and our payment processor (such as Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period.  
- If your payment method cannot be charged, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

4. Cancellations

4.1 How to cancel  
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

- Using the “Manage subscription” / customer portal link provided in your email receipts, or  
- Contacting us directly at info@beelisting.com

4.2 When cancellation takes effect  
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.  
- You will continue to receive the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.  
- After the current period ends, your subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made.

5. Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)

5.1 Monthly plans  
- If you change to a different monthly plan, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, unless we agree otherwise in writing.  
- No prorated credits or partial refunds are provided when switching plans.

5.2 Yearly plans  
- Upgrades (moving to a higher plan) may be arranged by contacting us. We may charge an additional fee to cover the higher level of service for the remainder of your yearly term.  
- Downgrades (moving to a lower plan) typically take effect at the next renewal date.  
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on yearly plans.

5.3 Changing billing frequency  
- Requests to move from a monthly plan to a yearly plan (or vice versa) may be handled at our discretion and will normally be applied from the next billing cycle.

6. Onboarding, Content & Start of Service

After your subscription is confirmed, we will contact you to complete the onboarding process. This may include requesting access to your social media accounts, brand guidelines, content preferences, and visual assets such as images or logos.

Onboarding typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on how quickly the required information and materials are provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing all required content and assets, including images, logos, and brand materials, in a timely manner.

If the client does not provide images or required assets by the scheduled posting date:

- We may reuse previously provided images, if available, or  
- Publish text-only posts without images in order to maintain the posting schedule.

Delays caused by missing, late, or incomplete content or assets provided by the client do not pause the subscription, delay billing, or qualify for refunds, credits, or service extensions.

Posting schedules will begin once onboarding is completed and required access and materials have been received.

7. Refunds

- All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.  
- We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, unused posts, or remaining time after cancellation.  
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit or extension of service.

8. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

- Our payment processor may attempt to charge your payment method again.  
- We may temporarily pause your service until payment is successfully completed.  
- If payment cannot be collected within a reasonable period, we may cancel your subscription.

9. Taxes

Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. If taxes are required by law in your jurisdiction, they will be added to your invoice and charged to your payment method.

10. Changes to Plans & Prices

We may update our plans, features, or pricing from time to time.

- Any changes to pricing for existing subscribers will be communicated in advance via email or on our website.  
- Unless otherwise stated, price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

11. Changes to This Subscription Policy

We may revise this Subscription Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Your continued use of our subscription services after any changes become effective means you agree to the updated policy.
